Hello Dr I m 34 years old ,I suffer from scanty periods from last 5 years .I took ayurvedic medication but none of them help me,i get my periods regularly but days are induce before some years my period come for 5 days but now i have my periods only for 2 days ,and need only 1 sanitary pad for whole day.please help me
