Scanty menstrual for 2 months

Asked for Female, 34 Years

My last normal period was October 17 I had unprotected intercourse with husband Nov 3 and 15 on Nov 16-20 & Dec starting today on the 9th I have experienced scanty period like bleeding. my breast feel sore when i apply pressure lay on my stomach and on the sides they also feel heavy my home pregnancy test are showing negative results so I'm unsure of why this is happening
