Scanty bleeding after meftal spas

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Meftal spas releives the pain and reduces blood loss but isn't that bad because we need to get that bad blood out of our system right Moreover i get blackish blood as menstrual discharge which means my blood loss could nit happen n it remained in my uterus? Is it because uterine musculature relaxes contraction decrease and less discharge But I've severe dismenorrhea Please help
