Scan results for milestone delay pematur
Hi my son is 8 months baby with weight of 4380 gm(born weight 1400gm 37 weeks) as his milestone was getting delay. And he did cataract surgery also in both eyes. So my doctor told to take CT scan and metabolic disorder urine test. Right now I got my scan copy but urine test will take more one week. So I can't able to see my doctor with full report my concern is pls chk  the report and say everything is normal or not.. Scan copies  impression says- bilateral minimal subdural fluid in frontal region-s/o subdural hygroma. No evidence of intracerebral focal lension/mass effect. This the thing mentioned in scan pls tell the exact meaning. Definitely I will go and see my doctor once othe result came.. But I can't wait   until every thing is normal or not that y I ask suggestions from u guys pls help me...

Minimal subdural fluid in frontal area for this age is not a serious concern , because here trigonal area normal no hyper intensities, ventricle normal , birth weight 1.4 at 37 weeks we need to understand a bit more about your pregnancy , any concerns during pregnancy , why so severe growth restriction noticed , further wait for URINE for metabolic screening report . Kindly attach anamoly scan and dopplers during pregnancy
