Don't put oil as it becomes sticky n attract more dirt and Will again enhace your problem and in summers its a complete no no.put some water based solutions like arnica triofer on scalp.n frequently wash ur hair with mild arnica shampoo.keep your towel n comb always clean.

It is a Dandruff or fungus infection should be clear. Both will have itching in the scalp.so need to check then accordingly you can start treatment.
