Sand feeling in my right eye

Suddenly i got sand feeling and watering of my right eye since early morning, there is no any foreign body.while blinking of the eye i feel like sand in my right eye .plz suggest any eye drops

Don't splash water into the eyes repeatedly, else your natural tears will b washed away . Else use lubricants like Rrfredh Tears frequently and do cold compresses.
