Salivary gland stones / Fatty deposit
Good morning Doctor's I have small 3 to 5 vertical bubbles in my right side of the cheek. I have noticed it 6 months back. I have been observing it since 6 months. There are no growth,Pain, colour change &no loss of sensation etc..and it's as it is. I have been to an oncologist first and he told me there is nothing to worry as it looks Normal Then I have been 3 dentist in the span of 4 months ( Oral surgeon) they told me that it looks like Salivary gland stones and one of the surgeons told me he will remove if it grows and they reassured me that there is nothing to worry. Since it's persisting after 6 months,I have been to another dentist and she had a look and she told me it looks like Salivary gland stones/ fatty deposits in cheeks and she told me there is nothing to worry even if it doesn't go. Now I'm become upset when I see news, Google as it's showing me cancer. I'm worried.. Is Salivary gland stones will remain in cheek lifelong? Is there anything I need to do on this? Pls help

Hi, As per your explanation , could be ectopic salivary gland. Unless it is really  affecting your chewing , not  necessary to remove it. We call it mucocele.
Next Steps
please monitor and go for regular dental checkup six months interval. if  it really gets  bigger we can remove   it with minor surgery but there are still chances it can regrow.check for any trauma from your bite.
Health Tips
I have seen patients with mucocele which they don't want to remove and they live  with that. it is not cancer. don't worry . please visit  your dentist to clarify more.
