Hello Ma'am. For this condition, moreover cosmetic, if you want to reduce your breast size or reshape them, you should consult a plastic surgeon. Without surgery it is not possible. But it is a Very minor surgery, a Very small Nick is made and the breast will be in shape in what you want to be. Don't worry, there would be no visible scar and any complaints or complications. I recommend you Dr. Vijay kakkar, who is a Very renown doctor known to me for more than 9 years, sitting in Mata chanan devi Hospital, C2 Janakpuri, on pankha Road. This is the best option available for you. Cosmetic surgery of breast is not a rocket Science. You have to relieve your fears that can be done only by fix an appointment over hospital's Landline Number, can be findout in google easily. You have to meet him in his private OPD. My wife also going for this Very minor surgery soon and later for Lasik for an eye. So we are sailing in the same boat. Regards. Take care and have a good luck.
