Safest antacid in pregnancy
Hi       I am 5 weeks pregnant and forgot to ask about antacid from my Gyne . Feeling very much acidity and indigestion after very selected diet. Is Diegene tabs are safe to take in acidity in first trimester. Thanks & Regards Kusum
