Safe to conceive after 1st dose vaccine?

Hi Doctor, I have got my first dose of covid-19 vaccination on 27th May. I am planning for pregnancy in this cycle. Is it safe to plan pregnancy after the first dose of vaccination? Or should I wait till second dose of vaccination to complete? Kindly provide proper guidance. Thanks.
