SACRUM HURTS ONE SIDE
HIE I am suffering from this pain last one year my sacrum one side hurts sometimes flare up sometime mild HLAB27- NEGATIVE SI JOINT MRI-NORMAL,XRAY - NORMAL LUMBAR MRI NORMAL sometimes S1 HURTS sometimes left side edges hurt all this happened after Gym All orthopaedic said there is nothing but I'm in pain

It could be some dysfunction of the sacroiliac joint or your gait and posture pattern is not proper, leading to some kind of hypo mobility in the joint.  Or it could be caused by tightness of your piriformis muscle.  You can visit the nearest physio and get evaluated

Hey there! There are quite favourable chances that your walking pattern or gait pattern is not proper. And also you put extra weight on one side of the body while standing, or walking, or gyming. Apply cold compression twice a day, as there is only pain and the mri shows no injury or damage to any nerv eo bone, there is nothing to worry. Take proper rest, avoid bending of spine, do not lift weights, consult back for further treatment option.

Hi Please let us know the your job profession so accordingly we can suggest some ergonomic corrections and precautions . For few people the pain is present because of long sitting or history of some fall ..some spasm might be present on that area which you have been complaining of pain . Have you ever tried physiotherapy consultantion ??
