HIE I am suffering from this pain last one year my sacrum one side hurts sometimes flare up sometime mild

LUMBAR MRI NORMAL sometimes S1 HURTS sometimes left side edges hurt all this happened after Gym
All orthopaedic said there is nothing but I'm in pain
