My husband is diabetic and thyroid patient. Recently he is getting a sac like thing in his stool. When he passes little loose stool he can see that sac. That sac is hard actually. On examining his stool for routine and culturr docs couldn't find any abnormalities. There was no stomach ache or outside eating. Once in 2 weeks this happens.

When stool routine test was done was the sac included in the sample? It yes then there is nothing to worry. Hard lumpy stools can occur in loose motions.
