Runny stomach with fever

Hello Doctor., My son Aryan has runny stomach and fever. His weight is 15 kg. This started yesterday. We are nit in hyderabad. Could please suggest a medicine. This started yesterday night.

Add curds and Banana in the diet,stop bottle feeding if given,give ors after every loose motion if watery. Add syp vizylac twice a day for 5 days. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.

Keep ur child well hydrated with plenty of oral liquids including water Fruits juices and ORS if needed He should pass urine minimum 6-8 times per day Don't force for solid food Give him Liq. Enterogermina 5ml twice a day for 2 days
