Runny nose with fatigue
My 8 year old son has runny nose,watery eyes,sneezing and sometimes fatigue and chills .he plays in water toomuch and has this things from few days.is it anything related to common cold or something.he doesn't have any fever.what should be done next as no other symptoms apart from this .kindly what medicine can be given to him.

In the current scenario, if there are any symptoms of cold-cough and fatigue, Covid needs to be ruled out. However, there is nothing to worry if proper monitoring is done as majority of illnesses are mild. But, please ensure that the child ia evaluated properly.
