Runny nose not getting better

Question

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My 21 months toddler has runny nose and watery eyes. Itches her nose and ears as well. It's been more than 2 days. The symptoms isn't improving after administration of maxtra drops. Can I give her cetrizine syrup? The doctor is out if station so want to take an opinion immediately. Pls help. She isn't sleeping well. Otherwise general health is good. Only stuffy nose isn't getting better

If mild,just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician or me again.
