My baby is 1 year 4 months old, she weighs 10 kg. Since morning she is sneezing a lot and has runny nose. What should i do for her?

Give syrup cetrizine 2.5 ml twice daily for 3 days. If there is fever, difficulty in breathing take her to the paediatrician.
