Runny nose and lots of sneezing

Asked for Male, 3 Years

My son suffers from teary eyes, runny nose, lots of sneezing especially in the mo th of August and September as I have noticed since two years. What could be the possible reasons? How can we prevent such conditions to occur? What precautions one need to take? Currently I am giving him montair LC kid.
