1. My daughter is having runny nose and watery eyes from today morning. She is 2 years old.

Hi,
This will take 4-5 days to settle. Her appetite will be less.
Give food in small quantities and in frequent intervals.
Do steam inhalation.
Give warm water/ soup regularly
Give Syr Cetrizine for cold.

Thank you for your question.
Seems she has catch cold and so developed the distaste got food, but I am really sorry as there is no magic tonic which will return back the appetite. Give her luke warm water with honey which will sooth the throat and soup etc.
