Considering weight of child around 30 kg.. Give tab dolo 650 half tab sos if fever Can be repeated after 5 to 6 hrs if needed Tab. Diominic DCA half tablet two times a day for five days Warm water plus salt gurgles Have Turmeric added warm milk .. If fever is continuous even after 48 hours the same way consult online with paediatrician
