My kid is 3 and a half yrs old she has cold cough mild fever and stomach upset now, can I give oflomac for loose motion

Dear Parent,  please explain me what do you mean by stomach upset??? Stomach pain/ colick or loose stools/indigestion/ food poisoning??? Give details... Never jump to antibiotics straight away....  Ofloxacin is recommended for bacillary dystentery not all diarrhoea.... Hope you understood.....
