Running 9 km is OK
 6 feet 2 inch tall guy previously im 110 kg now after coming from. Abroad in India I started doing dieting Running 45 min continuously and completing 7 kilometer running and than going zym and completing 1 hours in zym and coming home take half bowl fruits with all fruits apple.pomegranate.kiwi.papaya.carrot.beetroot.oranges. mosambi avacado and bluebeery. Than in breakfast I take oats with toned milk and honey and all gaining the same fruits than I take after 1 hours gap I take   beetroot.carrot juice. And greentea 2 time lunch multigrain atta 3 roti boiled vegetables with 1 plate  salad . And evening 3.30 I go for again running completing 2000 steps in running around 20 min running than go zym again completing 1 hours there and coming home take chamomile green tea dinner take 3 multigrain atta roti boiled vegetables and salad 1 boiled eggs than go brisk walking 20 min completing 15km distance in 1 day can a normal person run it like this is it ok to how much I'm running is it ok
