Hello .. you can wait for one week . If you still don’t get periods , urine pregnancy test can be done if you are sexually active.

If your periods are overdue then first check pregnancy test .. if negative then get your transvaginal scan off pelvis , Thyroid and prolactin tests done . Weight disturbances stress etc can also lead to irregular periods .

Kindly get one urine pregnancy test done. If it is negative, get one usg pelvis done. After seeing test results, medicine can be prescribed for you to get periods. Then we can work out reason why you are not getting regular periods
