Rubella :+ve is good or bad in pregnancy

My rubella IgG test is positive & the level is 24 IU/mL . I am pregnant and now I m in 17th week , it the test OK. Or any severe problem to baby? +ve means good or bad?

The IgG positivity of rubella is common in pregnant women. It can be positive due to various factors, one of which is vaccination itself. However, I would be more interested as to why the test was done in the first place and then interpretation of the test results would be more appropriate.
