There s nothing to be scared about it.
It means you are immune to rubella so you cn continue with ur pregnancy or plan pregnancy if you are planning.

Ya your IgG level is high means in past you have got infection now you are immune to that infection.So this is the good value.If you are planning for pregnancy then go ahead.IgG level is high not IgM.
