Hi there,
The report is absolutely normal.
Nothing to worry about.
If you want to be very sure then you can go for quadruple test at around 17-18 weeks.
This will add just few more percentage of clarity that there is no genetic problem in the child.

Hello,
I went through your double test report suggest overall risk for trisomy 21 as 1:784!
So that suggests u fall in INTERMEDIATE RISK!
1:251-1:1000 is s/o INTERMEDIATE RISK!
u can search for it on internet too!
N u also have a family history in husband which suggests intellectual slowness which should not be ignored as u didn't know about her before 3 yrs!
Though it appears to you normal, but it's better to consult a geneticist for same!
But in your case, I strongly feel that you must consult a fetal medicine expert who is in a better position to give expert opinion!
Even your PAPP-A is 0.5 which is on lower side!
Next Steps
consult fetal medicine expert and geneticist.
can choose to opt for NIPT/AMNIOCENTESIS after consultation.
Continue iron and calcium tablets
Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day
Wear bangles and listen devotional music to promote hearing in baby
Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses
Avoid papaya and pineapple
