It's good. It means u had rubella infection in the past. Now u have antibodies against it. These antibodies will pass to growing baby to protect it from infections. Your baby will be immune

It is the safe range.
It means u wil not get the rubella infection in pregnancy.And the baby is safe.If the levels are less than 10, we give rubella vaccine.
