Rubella and Varicella tests validation
We are planning a baby. My Rubella IgG result is 143 and IgM is 10. And, varicella IgG result is 25.07 and IgM is 1.53. My hemoglobin is 11.7. Can you please suggest if this is good enough to conceive and if any folic acid/ pre natal supplements will be required?

If igG is high it means old infection
So you need not worry
Hemoglobin is also fine
You have to start on 5 mg of folic acid everyday
