Rubbing causes pregnancy ?

My boyfriend rubbed penis over my vagina and then used a balloon to cover his penis then after 2 weeks i missed my date so after 4 days i took test which was negative but after 2 days I got my period so after 6 days i took test which was too negative then again after 7 days to clear my doubt I took one more test totally I took 3 test all negative . We did not have sex or intercourse he only rubbed his genitals and then covered his penis .does rubbing genitals without ejaculating leads pregnancy?
