RPOC not cleared
I had a missed abortion last Sunday(15th June) and I was asked to clear it mife and miso. When scanned on this Tuesday(24th June), doctor told that there some small portion of the products left to be cleared. So I was given miso that day. I don't see any sign of products getting out. I could only see a little amount of brown discharge inside the vagina. There's a repeat scan to be done next week. What should I do now? Should I go tell this to my gynaec? Should I opt for D&E or wait for the next period? The brown discharge is making me worried. Note: This is a recurrent early pregnancy loss for me.

First of all you must keep your Gynaecologist informed about what all is happening to you. Secondly the next will be based on the report of your next ultrasound scan.
