Rotten molar
One of my molars had filling four years back but now the filling has come off and there is severe pain in my tooth. Most of the tooth is degraded. What should I do?

Hi This is Dr.raj kumar If it’s the last molar( wisdom teeth) u can opt for the tooth removal. If it’s the second molar 1st line of treatment would be root canal and a cap. If the tooth is badly degraded the it would be extraction followed by a replacement implant . Have a gud day....

Since the pain is severe , the cavity must been deep and has effected the roots of the tooth. The tooth shoul be taken care of immediately and RCT should be started. A prior X ray of the tooth will help to find out the extent of the infection.
