You can search for the specialist in your vicinity using Practo. Their experience and reviews will also be right in front of you.
But there is one honest opinion that I would like to present at this point--- the best and the most experienced dentist will not be the cheapest. Reliability is something which cannot be equated with the cost of the treatment.
