Hello.. Good evening..
I would suggest to take an xray and verify the condition of teeth and root canal procedure..
I also advice you to place a crown temporarily till the pain subsides..
Thank you..

Hello.
45 days is too much of time taken for RCT and crown of a single tooth, and mostly this duration is in case there is infection in tooth that requires multiple dressings to be done. This would have been the case for you.
But if you are still feeling pain while touching teeth, this needs to be rechecked.
You need a good clinical and radiographic examination (through xrays) about why the pain is still there. Mostly after rct is done , pain should not be there after a week. Would advice you to take second opinion.
Already it is unexpected time period. But once the cutting is done then there should not be any pain. Kindly share ur x rays . There might be some canal untouched
