I have been going through root canal treatment and the pus is not reducing my dentist suggested that the tooth has to be extracted is there any way to save my tooth

no...d dentist can use metapex...clean and shape d canals..apply metapex apically...leave fr a week -10days...d infection will subside..in addition u will have t take antibiotics ,dat ur dr will prescribe

It is not possible to give a rational suggestion without a look at the clinical condition of the tooth and the X-ray of the tooth. Please attach these, if possible. It is even our preference to avoid extraction and save the tooth by root canal treatment and if one of the dentist is not able to do that satisfactorily, you can always consult another dentist to avoid extraction.
