I have gone under route canal.. now the next teeth was having cavity so Dr cleaned it that Masala is no more now my gums swelling and paining this pain is going up to head n throat right side down

For now take the medication prescribed. Rx Tab Augmentin 625mg BD Tab Metrogyl 400mg TDS Tab Diclomol BD Tab Pan 40 OD Tab Ketorol DT. SOS (in case of very severe pain) Take all for 5 days

Dear madam, Welcome to practo, Actually the next tooth also you are having problem so only it has caused pain and swelling.
Next Steps
U should take a radiograph for that particular teeth and then can proceed with root canal treatment. If that cavity is extending towards root or if your bone support of that particular tooth is not good means it should be removed. We can decide the treatment plan with xray.. so kindly take an xray and proceed with medications
