Risen belly button
Hi, my baby is 1 nd 1/2 month old, he got vaccinated at 28th june, since then I'm seeing his belly button has slightly risen. It's soft not hard nd no discharge is seen too. My baby reflexes a lot nd it put pressure on the belly button making it more risen nd hard. Is this normal?

This is usually normal and will subside from 12-18 months of age. A photo or video consult is required to make a proper assessment in case any other measures need to be taken. It is not related to vaccination. For any queries, book an online consultation with me. I am a lactation consultant, IYCF (Infant and Young Child Feeding) nutrition expert with an interest in Childhood Infections and Vaccinations. Take care!
