Ring Works around Private Part

Good Evening Doctor. I live in Jaipur and am getting rashes constantly in my lower abdomen area, all around my private part. It is causing itching and it is getting bigger day by day in a round shape. I've applied some tubes but it is not working. Please help me out with this problem.
