Right wye pain since from morning

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have been having right eye pain since from morning...there is no redness,itchiness,and watery discharge or anything...m feeling it when my eyelids are moving and also when m pressing it from outside..I used an eye drop'i tone' at afternoon but there is no such relief in my pain..please help.
