Right testicular Pain

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Sir, I have been feeling mild right testicular pain since 14 days after i had sex with a girl. I being anxious of it being a STD i took Azithral 1g and Ceftas 400mg in a single dose and have been taking doxycycline two times a day for 4 days. But still the mild pain is there. Kindly instruct me what to do. I fear the pain may be due to some other reasons also. But i did not have any injury.
