Right testicles and groin pain. Again?

After spending lakh of rupees in delhi famous hospital no one diagnosed why I m facing pain on this . urologist and neurologist told that there is no issues in reports and test done as ct scan and utrasound shown nothing.after done my Research i found one Dr who daignosed finally my problem by one MRN neurography test.it shown alter signal in adductor muscle.he told me about peripheral and adductor nerve block is the only way to reduce this pain .as I trust on his statement i underwent for the procedure.now i m pain free on my right side groin and testicles. My question is that . What should I do so that i will not face this again? Why this problem occurs. How is nerve block procedure work . I am writing my problem so that other people who are facing this problem get help
