Right testicle pain, scortm swell

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi, From the past 1 day, I have right testicle little pain and scortm swell. I am just worried. I haven't done any workouts since 2 months, after waking up from the sleep I have realised I have testicle pain, it happened all of sudden. Any suggestions??
