Right testicle

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I found something bad with my right testicle After masturbation foan urinating and hanging too lower than left testicle and alltime heat sensation in right testicle arounded areas and i do fap only 10 days once ,in past several months ago i do masturbation frequently nowadays im reduced,please help me to recover my right testicle,thanks in advance
