You are suffering from Acid peptic disorders which is mainly caused by faulty food habits and irregular life style. So if you continuously in touch with causative factors its recurrence is also certain. So pls avoid these causative factors and for symptomatic relief you may take omez 20 mg in empty stomach or try antacid syrup.
