Right side Lower Back Pain
It's been 2months now. I'm having a severe pain on my lower back right side. Due to heavy lifting of luggage, I invited this trouble. Pain sometimes goes down the right leg. Thighs and down the knees it pains. Is it just Muscle Pull or Slip Disc ? However, I do not feel anymore symptoms of Slip Disc like Numbness in leg or stiffness in back. Neither I feel any problem with my spinal. Just a pain there in back while walking and moving and while riding bike. Nothing else. X ray showed nothing. Under medication, but it's been 2months. Pain is still there. Doing excercise and hot fermentation. Not bending in front. What you think? What it could be? How much time it takes ?
