I am having severe anxiety depression issues any pain in body make me so tensed experiencing rightside dull chestpain I googled it says as symptoms of coronary artery disease i am so worried about it doctor this is making me so worried frightened

First of all relax. Right sided pain is not heart related. Secondly, being a 25 years old female you are not at risk of heart disease. Thirdly, your anxiety is giving you the trouble not the heart problem. If you want to be sure get an ECG and Echo done. And consult a psychiatrist for the anxiety. Nothing to worry
