Right side chest pain
I have been suffering from right side chest pain if lie down on one side and be in normal posture iam suffering sharp pain in chest and some times i find difficult to breathe in the nyt help me what is thr reason behind it and i have a habit of smoking and isit because gas problem or how do i know evaluate myself ?? or should i consult a doctor?

If you find that the chest pain is increasing work deep breath cough out sneeze, then likely it is a lung issue. May be a small pleural inflammation. Get a x ray chest done pa view. It may reveal the diagnosis. Till then you may take some anti inflammatory drug but not without a prescription of a MD
