Right side chest pain

Asked for Male, 33 Years

6 months back ,I had dropped dumbbell in gym on my right chest. Since then, light pain used to come and go very often.After that, I developed some conditions like blocking of right nostril, allergies to right eye.. numbing of right hand sometimes, also plem in saliva without cough and weight loss. I went to doctor,he examined and given sinarest and some other allergy Medica tion. At that time it seemed to go away but returning those symptoms whenever I get stressed and starined.
