Right side breast nipple hard
Hi, I am having breast problem and nipple become hard.i can't able to feed my baby.i am squeezing my breast but again it become hard. Could you please suggest me what I have to do ??

Gently apply warm ghee or edible coconut oil to nipple and give hot water bottle fomentation by covering a thin cotton cloth over breast... Dont squeeze unless milk is stored... better to feed both side to baby alternatively...
Next Steps
Fomenting can be done once or twice... if not correcting better to consult directly a Doctor to find out the cause
