Fecal impaction is the cause of pain give him peglac in 2 liter water to be drunk slowly in half hour . The stools stones will pass out and pain would be relieved also check his thyroid levels and vitamin B12 level. After peglac give him softovac powder daily at bed time 2 teaspoon and tell him to drink lukewarm water over it . Make it a habit to avoid future problems.
