Shoulder pain on her right shoulder, the pain is intermittent and whenever it appears, she feels it very painful to lift her hand up.
If she keeps her hand down then the pain is less but it is there.She is a diabetic and is house wife and in her late 50's.She is very active lady.

Hello should pain and restriction of movements is very common in individuals with diabetes uncontrolled. So it’s called Periarthritis shoulder. So treatment for that is first control sugars need to FBS PPBS HBA1c followed by physiotherapy. Can use some topical ointment for pain as well.
