Right lower quadrant pain
I had a right Lower quadrant pain last night that lasted for a few hours.. it was painful when i walk, but when i was in a recumbent position or side lying position, There was no pain. It also felt like I had gas that cannot pass but only on the right lower quadrant..

Hello..... Pain in right lower abdomen.... could be due to many reasons....like Appendix or Ureteric stone or gases as you think. From the description it is difficult to come to any conclusion or diagnosis.... If the pain has not subsided please consult your Family Physician or some Good Homoeopath nearby who will examine you and advise needful investigations like USG... and then suggest medication accordingly.
